Deleting shelved files and shelves

You can delete shelves and files from shelves that are no longer used. Before deleting a shared shelf, make sure users do not need access to it. Deleting a shelf also deletes any files stored in it.

1. Choose View > Shelves.

The Shelves window opens.

2. Select a shelf or file and click Delete.

You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

3. Click Yes.

The shelf or file is deleted.
