The Users window is used to manage Surround SCM users. Many users will not have access to this view. This view includes user, username, security group, active/inactive, and license type information.
You need to create user accounts before users can access Surround SCM. Keep in mind that users can be created in Surround SCM or in the Seapine License Server.
Note: If you create users with the Seapine License Server, you need to retrieve global users. See Retrieving global users.
