Adding automation rule actions

1. Select the action you want to add from the Action list in the Add Rule Action dialog box.

2. Enter or select the action options.

The options change based on the selected action. There are no available options for the Recalculate fields action.

Note: Tracking automated emails requires more storage space on the server and will result in slower performance.

3. Click OK to add the action.
