You can only delete folders types that are not in use by folders.
1. Choose Tools > Administration > Folder Types.
The Configure Folder Types dialog box opens.
2. Select a folder type and click Delete.
You are prompted to confirm the deletion.
3. Click Yes.
The folder type is deleted.
4. Click OK to save the changes.
