Creating and Running Reports

Reports are useful for tracking the status of projects and analyzing the data collected in a TestTrack project. You can create reports that include the specific information you need. For example, you can see who reported the most issues, how many issues are open, and how much time was spent resolving issues. You can share reports with other users or keep them private.

To create and run reports, choose View > Reports. You can run reports you have access to at any time to review current project data and metrics. See Creating built-in reports and Running built-in reports. You can also add and run reports from external reporting services. See Adding external reports to TestTrack and Running external reports.

Note: Before you create or run reports, you may want to get familiar with the content included in the available TestTrack report types. See Report types.
