You can edit an item mapping rule to change which fields are mapped to each other, prepend or append text to include with copied values, or change the linking options.
1. Choose Tools > Administration > Item Mapping Rules.
The Configure Item Mapping Rules dialog box opens.
2. Select a rule Type.
3. Select a rule in the Custom Mappings list and make any changes.
4. Click OK to save the changes.
