Inserting images in text fields

You can insert images in fields that support multiple lines of text. For example, you can insert an image in a requirement description to show a screen mockup.

1. Click the location where you want to insert the image.

2. Click the Insert/edit image button on the formatting toolbar.

The Insert Image dialog box opens.

3. Click Browse to select the image to insert or click Screen Capture to insert a screenshot. See Capturing screenshots.

4. To resize the image, change the Width and Height.

You can resize the dimensions by percentage or pixels. Select Maintain aspect ratio to avoid adjusting the image out of proportion.

5. Click Insert.

The image is inserted.

To change an inserted image's size, select it and choose Format > Edit Image Size. Enter the new width and height and click OK.
